A simple example: Some weeks ago a customer contacted us for an old book published in 1930. He tried over months the different search engines and used as keywords the title, the author, and the publisher of the book. He looked at eBay and other auction sites. He found different articles and some excerpts - but he could not get a copy of the book. We found within one day three persons/shops in two different countries who offered the book. Five days later our customer hold the book in his hands.

What you will get for your money
Normally (if not otherwise specified with your order), you will get an email with an answer or background information and links to the sources you are looking for. For instance, if you are looking for a specific product, the answer will have up to ten product sources links (maximum and if possible). Or if you are looking for a manufacturer in another country, we will provide you with names and links up to 10 manufacturers (if possible). These are samples only.

You tell us what you need - we tell you what we can do for you, how long it takes, and our fee - if you accept, we start.

How long it takes
We will tell you how many working days (+/- 2 days) we need for our extensive search. In most cases we need 2-5 days. More complex (business) requests may need up to 1-2 weeks. But we will tell you the period of time we need always in advance.

Now, the most important question you might have:
How much we charge
Our minimum charge is US$ 15.00. This amount we charged to the customer who looked for the book. In general, the costs are between US$ 50 and US$ 150. For more complex searches, which require among other usage of specific databases (we have to pay for), writing a detailed report, etc., total costs can come up to US$ 500 and even more.

What we will not do
We will not provide legal, medical, or any other professional advice, although the information we provide may link to professional sources.

Payment: Fees up to US$ 100 require full advance payment by PayPal. If, by whatever circumstances, we can not provide the information you are looking for within the before specified period of time, we will refund the fee immediately.
